Bind AI publicly launches its AI workforce for insurance brokers
Bind AI (formerly 1Fort) announced its public launch: AI that works from an agency’s inbox and carrier quoting portals to handle commercial submission intake, quoting, proposals, invoicing, servicing and binding, then hands the finished work to the broker for review.
Why it matters
For independent commercial P&C agencies and brokerages whose staff spend much of the day re-keying submissions, chasing carrier quotes and assembling proposals. Bind AI aims to take that back-office work off producers and account managers without asking them to learn a new portal.
Highlights
- Reads inbound agency email and attached documents, works out what needs to happen (for example a new submission or a servicing request) and prepares the work for the broker to review.
- Also works inside carrier quoting portals, according to the company, rather than only through its own interface.unverified
- Covers the quote-to-bind chain: submission intake, quoting, proposals, invoicing and binding, plus servicing.
- Pricing page lists an Essentials plan from $500/month and a Premium plan from $750/month (adds reasoning AI models, agentic automation, coverage comparisons, white-labeling and reporting); Enterprise is custom.
- Bind AI says it is live with hundreds of agencies; its homepage also cites efficiency figures, which are the company’s own claims.unverified

Worth knowing: Bind AI processes every inbound agency email and document, so it sees client applications, loss runs and other personal or business data. Review its data handling, retention and access terms (its security page lists SOC 2 Type II) and decide which mailboxes it can read before connecting it. Bind AI is not one of our ranked insurance-agency tools.
